About Us
Our consultants are experienced, senior HR professionals and Occupational Psychologists with extensive knowledge and skills developed across sectors. Our HR and business psychology consultants work with organisations to define, identify, engage and develop their people.
We can work with existing staff to deliver specific improvement initiatives, or in a stand alone role where you don't have the internal capacity.
Consultants all have extensive experience in senior roles and are Fellows of the Institute of Personnel and Development/ Chartered Occupational Psychologists.
All interventions start from an understanding of the available evidence-base and the implications for practice, recognising that there is no 'one size fits all' solution. The focus is performance improvement through effective practice: whether developing current staff, recruiting the right staff or keeping up to date with the numerous legislative changes.
